Join Steve Liesman and the Mooncussers for a special evening of roots, rock and original music. Steve is best known for his rhythm guitar work in the Stellas Blue's Band and he brings together and all-star group of local musicians. for this unique project. He's joined by Stella keyboardist Ken Aigen, Josh Kates from Reflections, Brigit Moynihan from Finders Keepers and Scott Schaeviitz from the Shaves. Together they explore the limits of the jam music they know best.

The music spans genres and styles, from the Dead to Dylan to the Band, to Motown to straight ahead rock and blues to country. Layered throughout is Steve's original music that blends seamlessly into the repetoire.

The Mooncussers have played with Bob Weir, Chuck Leavel, John Bell, Jeff Chimenti, Papa Mali, Bobby Keyes and Jay Lane.
