This Fully Immersible Speaker Will Blow Your Mind
The talented inventors over at Studio Total, a creative Scandinavian lab, have teamed up with another studio, Pjadad, to create perhaps the most immersive audio experience to date.
With an intricate 18-speaker sound system, Tempur pillows to mimic the sensation of floating, and a plexiglass outer shell to block extraneous noise while keeping the outside world in view, the AudioOrb is everything an audiophile could dream of. As of now, the invention is priced at around $15,000 and production is restricted to single digits. But hey, us audiophiles can dream, can't we?
