50 years ago, Earth Day prompted the creation of the Environmental Protection Agency and the passage of the Clean Air, Clean Water, and Endangered Species Acts. In 1970, millions of people stood to protect our planet. In 2020, let’s do it again. Join The Cap on Wednesday, April 22 to celebrate the 50th Global Anniversary of Earth Day from 1PM - 4PM. We will supply gloves and garbage bags. Light snacks and water will be provided.
