#TheCapCares Volunteer Rewards Program
In an effort to engage music fans in serving their communities, The Capitol Theatre is thrilled to continue #TheCapCares Volunteer Rewards Program, where we encourage our fans to come together to make a difference in the lives of others.
We have hand-picked volunteer opportunities throughout 2024 that support nonprofit organizations doing excellent work across our region. As a thank you, volunteers earn free tickets to select concerts and comedy performances, and often have the opportunity to win exclusive signed items from artists performing at The Cap!
The Capitol Theatre's goal is to bring people together. As we continue to enjoy live events, we believe that #TheCapCares is a great opportunity to connect with one another and strengthen our music community even further as a united force for good, helping our neighbors in need. The volunteer program is part of a larger year-round program promoting food, toy and clothing drives, and fundraising campaigns aimed at improving lives within our community.
Who can participate in #TheCapCares?
We welcome anyone 18 years or older who would like to volunteer their time and is interested in making a difference. All volunteers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We look forward to connecting and meeting new and old friends.
Reward Redemption
Redeeming your tickets is easy! Volunteers will earn two tickets (Standing Room Only or General Admission) for select shows on The Capitol Theatre calendar. Tickets can be redeemed after completing a minimum of one volunteer event. The only eligible volunteer opportunities for ticket rewards are listed below. Check out the list of upcoming shows HERE!
How do redeem tickets?
Once you’ve completed your service and are ready to redeem tickets, simply contact us at thecapcares@thecapitoltheatre.com to request two tickets to the show you're interested in attending. Once we verify with organizers that the required service hours have been met, we will issue your tickets. Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold. Tickets may be redeemed at any time during the calendar year.

#TheCapCares is committed to participating in safe volunteer events. Please do your part to volunteer responsibly and follow all guidelines set by the collaborating organization. Bring your mask and prepare to social distance.
